Could someone help me out with DC's stretching principles. I have the workout itself but cannot find how he incorporates stretching. Any help is appreciated!
He suggests that you stretch after working out each bodypart. If you go over to Animal's board and check out the cycle on pennies thread you should find the specific stretches..
I haven't tried in awhile, but the last time I wanted to get onto his site I couldn't cause it was locked out or something. Is he letting everyone on again? I've been a member for quite some time but didn't post as much as some and had trouble accessing the site then.
