DC Stretchers and intra-set stretching

What are some ways you guys incorporate weighted stretchers, isoholds, and static stretches in your workouts?

Mine:

bench press- pushups on the Bar
DB incline press- hold at the top or bottom
overhead press- rear Stretchers
tricep cable- hold the tension
preacher Curl- banded curls
overhead row or pulldown - stretcher at the top
hack squat - leg elevated quad stretch
 
Every study I have seen over the years doing intense stretching during a work out shows that you actually makes you weaker. So I quit doing stretches during a workout and save them till after I am done lifting.
 
google dc stretches and that's pretty much what I use. Dr. Stevenson has some good ones as well.

I'll hold off on the stretches until after that body part is done.
