I begin contest prep soon and I will be doing two shows for sure this year. One is July 25th, the next is Nationals August 22nd. But there is also a show August 8th I'd like to do, World Police & Fire games. Now obviously it would be very hard to peak for all 3 shows. The show July 25th I have a good chance, at least top 3 which qualifies me for the Nats. The Nats I think I could fare well and place top 10, and might even be able to come in a bit heavier for as well, who knows. But for the show Aug 8th if I do it I dont think going thru the whole depletion and carbup might be a good idea.
Looking for opinions here. I could do a mild load or have a high carb day before the 8th show and not drop water or anything as I should be ready at that point or close to it. Suggestions welcomed here. I'd like to represent my Country and Organization at the games.
