Yes, you can drink it.... but why do you need 100mg of winny a day? Thats will be HELL on your liver. I hope you have some liv-52 and milk thistle near by, drink lots of water.

Liver toxicity is overrated. Also, a good liver protectant goes a long way in terms of overall liver health and appetite.
