I know that red wine has many health benefits, like anti-oxidants as well as a lot of other anti-aging benefits... But I was wondering if any of you drank it while dieting... I know that it's very low in carbs, but the calories come from the alcohol and the body processes alcohol before fat, carbs and protein... So it slows down the fat burning process... Still I've noticed that the morning after I drink red wine, I look a lot sharper and my abs seem to be deeper... The problem I have with it though is that it increases cravings, especially for fatty foods like nuts and cheese... Does anyone here drink wine while dieting, if so how much and if not, when do you stop?
