It's the only way I know.Hell when we do arms,at least once a month the three of us will go at the preacher curl after 15 sets on tri's mind you and we'll swap reps.In other words I'll do 1 rep and the other two wtll do 1 rep,then I'll do 2 reps followed by the others and so on till 15 reps and the back down.WOW!That'll give you a pump from hell.
