on my no workout days I eat the same as workut days, except lower the protien about 20%. I eat whole food meals, no protien shakes if I can help it. you dont need as much protien on non workout days as workout days. You have a anabolic window on training days that allows for a lot more synthisis of protien without the accompanied degeneration, on no training days you dont have this window and excess protien will lead to oxidative stress due to no increase in synthasis. I replace these calories with nuts and fruit. I also take physillium husk 3x a day on non workout days to clean me out, this has allowed me to absorb more nutrients due to faster digestion.
