Well, I had my echo this morning and they were prompt in providing results. No wall thickness, EF between 55-60%. Here are the results in full.

Summary:

1. Left ventricle: The cavity size is normal. Wall thickness is normal.
Systolic function is normal. The estimated ejection fraction is 55-60%.
Wall motion is normal; there are no regional wall motion abnormalities.
2. Right ventricle: Estimation of the right ventricular systolic pressure is
within the normal range.
3. Pericardium, extracardiac: There is no significant pericardial effusion.

Impressions:

- Normal cardiac chamber sizes.
- Normal left ventricular systolic and diastolic function.
- No significant valvular abnormalities are noted.
- No previous study was available for comparison.

A clean bill of health. Happy for you. I bet that felt good to see those results:D

Thanks! Absolutely relieved with these results. I am still going to stay on my TRT dose for a while here. Had a bit of a family crisis (don't worry, no one died lol) and my head isn't right. Blasting would just mess with me emotionally at this point so going to keep doing what I'm doing. Blasts in the future certainly won't be extreme either. I think this whole situation is a wake up call for me :).

What's your bp been over the years to give good results?

Nice!
I get an echocardiogram and CT calcium scan done about every 3 years.

I used to have very low blood pressure as a natural bodybuilder (95/55ish) and got that corrected by balancing sodium and electrolytes better. As I delved into the dark side, it was around 110/65 for most of the time, but a few runs of tren put me up into the 150/80 range for a while. Then I would add carditone and get it back around 115-120/70. I've been pretty diligent with keeping it in range as often as possible.

Nice!

That's going to be my plan too :). Keep it in the rotation lol.

Very nice. Surprising you don't have LVH as even natural athletes get it, but good you don't.

My stress test showed suspicions of LVH, but it wasn't mentioned in the echo findings. I think I'll go with the latter as it's more accurate :)

Nice man! I'm sure you're feeling very good right now :D

Did you do big cycles?

Ill going to have my sleep checked. They'll check my heart through ecg. I must say, I'm a little nerveous for it. Hope my results will be as good as yours

The biggest cycle I did was about 1.2 grams of test, 500mg of eq, 400mg of deca and 30mg of dbol preworkout. Nothing super crazy, but definitely not a beginner's dose lol.

Let us know your results! I hope they turn out well.

Thanks my man.

Go celebrate these results!

Congrats man. Great results and relieving i’m sure.

After seeing so many people having health problems on this board over the years, it's nice to see someone get back healthy results like yours. Whatever you are doing, keep up the good work!

I appreciate it, man. I keep my health supps on deck and try not to overdo them. I believe fully in fish oil and krill oil, citrus bergamot, and plant sterols. That's pretty much it! Carditone when needed :)

Congrats. I am very jealous

I finally got a CT calcium scan done the other week. I was so happy it was 0. My aortic valve, on the other hand :(

Well, try to celebrate the good news. Focus on those positives. What can you do about the aortic valve issue?

Best of luck!

Surgery is inevitable and not too far off (mini sternotomy and not full sternum fortunately). It will correct the issue though, on the bright side.
