So both my elbows crack real bad especially on bench and dips. So you think tb 500 would help out? Not sure because its more joint moving then painful. What are all my options. This has been bothering me for 8 years.
A quick glance of this sub forum suggests that tb500 is quite popular and that just about everyone using it finds some degree of relief and improvement with nagging muscle tweaks. I am in my second week of researching the compound and the results thus far look to be impressive and on track for what most have found after 4-6 weeks.
Having said that, what you describe is perhaps not something tb-500 can address. Joint cracking as you describe is not really an injury per se but just the release of air from a little pocket if you will. One of my knees and both my wrists click and crack all the time. Like you there isn't really pain there just annoyance. Two weeks into tb500 research muscle tweaks are improving but the clicks and cracks are still there and likely will always be there
