Yo Steak the show was pretty good. I was to compete in the middle's but decided to do the May 21 show at the Seattle Expo.
Overall it was pretty good. The overall men winner was from the middles:Todd Scott if I remember correctly . He had everyone on smash. The kid was only 5'3" but he was carrying hella mass and was shredded. His weight 175 but because of his height and mass he looked like a heavyweight bro.
To tell you truth now that I think about it :some aspects of the show were in fact weak to me, for the simple fact; All of the guest posers were "off season", looking crazy soft. The only one who of course could pull that off was Ronnie; which he did. Dugdale was smaller in person than I realized. Dim was soft; but he was coming back from a knee injury. The surprise of the show was the "secret" guest poser. It was Chris Cormier. He had the place on hype with his intro to Jadakisses hit: The Champ is here!! He actually looked great for off season.
Basically the same ole faces doing the same of boring routines in each weight class. None of the women were outstanding except for the overall champ..A young lady from Bermuda by the name of Millie Cleveland. She was incredible bro. She was a light weight, ripped and beautiful lines.

I was trying to figure out who FutureFreak was but I couldn't. I kinda suspected he was the class winner for the juniors. That kid was 20 and a freaking monster. The runner up was from Oregon , he was one boastful fucker. He kinda reminded you of Flex when he posed; kinda cocky and full of fire, but has a future ahead of him.
I had 4 bags of goodies. I went hog wild. I was like hey I paid my 40 bucks and 20 for prejuding, I am going to get it back with tons of goodies. I was like forget that nice guy crap, just taking 1 or 2 things..hell no I went for the gusto bro...lol.
The Pro seminar was boring, cause everyone was acting all scared to ask questions.
Ronnie is one cool, humble brother!! The man is so layed back and down to earth, it's unreal. After the seminar everyone hauled ass, not Big Ronnie, he stayed behind and signed every single autograph and took pictures up the ying yang. Everyone who came to him were treated like kings and queens; unreal!!
Dexter Jackson was there , he was not exactly nice. His homie Curlytop was there as well, not nice at all.
Matt Duvall was hella cool and well spoken. Jenny Lynn: HOT!! The great Charles Glass: Mister cool and calm!! Great guy. Dugdale: Ultra friendly!
Gunter was there. Course the Bodybuilding.com crew; always cool.
That's about it..I am sleeply as hell. Out bro.
