Okay, this is some really cool stuff. I have used it in my last 4 workouts and so far I really like it. It took the first few workouts just to get used to/understand how my body was responding. The first workout using it, I had no idea what to expect. My extremities warmed up, and I felt like I had a mild sunburn. In fact, it kind of weirded me out, lol.
After using this for 4 workouts I am starting to really like it. Things that I am noticing:
1. I can train faster. Even though I am lifting as heavy as I can, I notice an increase in my rep speed.
2. It feels like it has a vasodilator effect. My breathing and heart rate go up just a tad. Goes great with some Tool in the ears.
3. Although I am breathing heavy, my body feels physically ready to start the next set sooner. In other words, my recovery between sets seems to be shorter.
4. My mind stays sharp and overly alert throughout my workout. I am very focused through my last set. I feel mentally intense. I didn’t realize how important this was until I got it!
5. Replaced my desire for caffeine or coffee b4 workouts. I just did squats 2 hours ago and Im NOT trashed. I’m ready to go watch the Broncos vs San Diego.
Hope this thread can serve as a Q&A for Emeric. I’ll start. Emeric, do you build a tolerance to this with daily use?
