For years, I have known that I had issues with the enanthate ester. Prop has never bothered me in the least, but Test E rings my butt up. I ordered some Sustanon 300 from a board sponsor and the most prominent ingredient is...you guessed it...Test E.
Well, I have kind of changed my pinning protocol since my last go-round with Test E. I make sure that I only pin into a muscle that I worked out no more than an hour after leaving the gym. I feel like it helps with the dispersion of the gear. Due to this...plus the fact that I'm only pinning about 0.5 ml, I figured that this Test E based Sustanon would be just fine and dandy. Well, I was apparently wrong.
The first thing I noticed was that the oil was considerably thicker than what I had before. This is never a good sign. Well, I took my first shot in the thigh after a good leg workout and had absolutely no issues. Then, I took my second shot in my left triceps last Thursday after working my arms. Here is where I think I might have screwed the pooch. Instead of going directly home, I puttered over to Subway and got a sandwich. Of course, there was someone in line in front of me and it took much longer than normal. Then, I had to get some gas and I ran to the dollar store to pick up a couple of items. Well, this resulted in me being about an hour behind my ideal injection time.
So, I get home and draw up the shot. Then, I take the shot and for the rest of that day and the next day, I had no problems. Then, on Saturday, I started noticing some swelling and redness. No great pain, but I did feel it when I stretched my arm so as to stretch the triceps. Well, now the whole back of my arm from just beneath the deltoids to slightly below my elbow is swollen and red. It still isn't hurting too badly. I went to the gym today and did chest and back. I figured that I needed to work the muscle and maybe the oil would disperse faster. The pump in my left triceps was mildly painful.
Enanthate has done shit like this to me on multiple occasions. Does anyone else have this reaction? Like I said, Propionate doesn't bother me in the least.
