this is the 2nd time i have tried eq. should i split it into 2 shots per week or do 600mg in one bang once a week. thanks

Once a week is fine. No added benefit to twice per week.

yep, such a long ester 1x a week is pleanty... and its a very unpainful compound imo so no prob ...

what are you using it with?
If your using it with a compound that you find hurts you can mix in the EQ to help relieve some of the pain. just a suggestion.

thats a good point and exactly what I do. If I'm using some painful gear (tren or liquid anadrol) I will use eq or masteron in same injection to reduce pain since those are normally painless. Even test e can give a little soreness which can be eliminated if mixed with a cc of eq, etc.

i'm doing sus, prop with the eq and none causes pain. i just wanted to see what most people do 1 or 2 shots. i'd much rather do 1 of course
