Many of us know that its hard to time estrogen correctly with anti-e's. I personally belive go for more when dieting, but go for less when bulking. But at the same time, we don't want that unwanted fat. What I did was I went to www.directlabs.com and got an estradial test ordered. Its only $50 and it will really tell you everything. Im on 1g test and 600deca. The only thing that will matter is the test for estrogen, so I decided to play it on the lower side and use 12.5mg aromasin EOD. A few months in my estro came back at 41 and the range for males is 0-54 or <54 I got really luckly, its the perfect # to be at, but I figured i'd let you guys know, $50 will tell yah everything so you don't have to keep playing around with doses.

an interesting fact is that there are other variables with estrogen, such as how the body metabolizes it. anabolic minds HRT forum talks about this. DIM is a great supplement that will compliment armi and aromasin in keeping a proper estro balance.
