Where did you come up with this? Atenolol is one of few beta-blockers devoid of liver metabolism...
It absolutely is hard on the liver based on multiple labs I had, they were my personal worst, I was running over a gram of tren with superdrol and anadrol and my enzymes were barely out of range compared to just straight test and atenolol
 
Just because you buy healthy stuff doesn’t mean you’re actually eating it.

Aren’t you the guy that eating a ton of sugar crap? Maybe that’s a different thread, if so, beg my pardon.

My wife buys tons of healthy stuff but eats fast food at least twice a day and throws out veggies when they go bad.
I'm pretty much just hammering clean food, even on the glp-1's I want to eat straight low calorie-dense clean food in a surplus, the glp-1's just take the edge off my hunger and help keep me on diet. Junk food is taken strategically around extreme-cardio periods at work, just an intra-shake during my workout. If I take out any occasional diet explosions I'm still averaging well over 4k calories a day, so basically around 5k calories keeps me at 205lbs

This looks like something from the old gh15 forums...did you build up to these cycles? Your seem like you love taking aas more than you love training...should be the reverse

The gym is always a high point of my days, if not the best part of most of them.

The advice I'm getting isn't what I created the thread for, I didn't ask if I should run 500mg test with 2 grams of primo, I asked in the OP if there's dangers to taking estrogen replacement therapy that I should know about. I don't care about what you think of my dosages, I already know everything everything that's been said about them.
 
I think test is best for straight muscle accrual because of the aromatization and the higher IGF-1 from the androgen itself and the extra estrogen. Tren crushes my IGF-1. Type2x said overall tren should be causing a better response from IGF-1 even with lower systemic IGF-1 than with low liver toxic steroids because of upregulation tren has of IGF-1 binding to the receptor, but I just don't find that to be the case. As my systemic IGF-1 goes up I get more HGH side effects, and I take that as it's working better. On Tren with my IGF-1 crushed I'm able to tolerate a higher dose of HGH, i believedoing this is basically wasting my HGH.

I've gotten where I can tolerate a high dose of GH just by suffering through the numb hands and wrist/hand pain and slowly tapering up. As I previously titrated up tren to 2 grams over 11 weeks with 150mg test a week I got up to 30iu HGH, my BP was so jacked that I took a double dose of atenolol to keep bp and rhr down, but beta blockers, at least atenolol are pretty liver toxic and smash IGF-1, I believe that's why when I dropped the tren at 11 weeks and switch to 2625mg Test I was able to stay running 20 to 30iu GH for the next 4 months, then I dropped test to 150mg and GH to 5iu's, that total run was 7.5 months, I tapered off the atenolol over the next few weeks and my IGF-1 started rising, then all of the sudden I started getting massive sides and could only tolerate 2iu GH, I've slowly risen back up to 15iu over the last 8 months, I've even taken 30iu for a few days a couple of times in the last couple of weeks during periods where I don't have to work as much and my hands can tolerate it. I ran my estrogen at 100 to 110 for the duration and I think it's where I feel best, horny af, with low estrogen or even in range my sex drive is significantly less

I believe test, GH and slin is as good as it gets for growth, I'm just stuck on taking a lot of stuff for now and test was causing noticeable thinning of my hairline, so I'm trying something else. I can see in the mirror that a recomp is taking place, it takes an insane amount of gear to recomp in my opinion, or at least GH has to be high af, it's definitely not the way to go.

To those saying my diet is so bad, who's grocery list is more hardcore than mine? My job makes it difficult to keep diet in balance, crazy changing hours, and periods of 2 to 4 hours straight without being able to stop that are constant zone 2 and 3 cardio, I use a chunk of apple fritter and intra-shake before and after to not burn up my legs, but then they totally screw me over sometimes and I'll load up the nutrients and then right before it's go-time they cancel the hard-work and replace it for easy work, when they knew hours before that they were changing it but don't tell me until the exact moment we're about to do it. I'm looking for a job with more stable hours.

Just my experience and some of my observations on some high doses.

I'll never run bp meds again, on the tren I started with 80mg telmisartan and it didn't do shit, a full pill of atenolol knocked me on my ass for a day instantly dropping bp and rhr by 15 points each, I had to quit it for a day because I was bed-ridden for that day and then taper up from a quarter-pill a day, but i set a rule where if I can't have healthy bp and rhr without bp meds then I don't take the gear that's gonna cause high bp/rhr. I bet half of the people that posted in this thread run high bp on their blast
Tren isnt lover toxic at all..
 
This is the worst thread on promuscle history and I really doubt the OP is just trolling; I think he's one of the many delusional old men who can't stick to a normal bodybuilding diet in a deficit and thinks the magic to a lean bodybuilding physique is a special combination of pharmacology rather than putting the fucking fork down.

OP: 500 test 400 primo stfu and eat your chicken breast+sweet potatoes 4x/day and oatmeal+blueberries+whey once a day, cheat one single meal once a week for sanity, 12k steps, 30 minutes cardio around 120-130 HR, clen+yohimbine+caffeine titrating up over 16 weeks. Take pics in the same spot doing mandatories for the division of your choice once a week. Come back and thank me later, you're welcome.

and post pics or stop posting plz.

You look great bro. And props for actually posting pics. Drives me nuts when guys on here talk endlessly about PEDs but never post pics and are probably 5'9 205 23% bodyfat but think they are 12% because they can see ab outlines in just the right lighting with a pump flexing super hard. Low test+high anabolics definitely works and almost none of us are at a level where the difference between high test and low test+high anabolics cycles will be noticeable in our competition results.

It won't matter but what I'm trying to say....the guys here you should be picking their brain for free advice on train and diet not gear...your pulling the wrong leavers ...put down the gear leaver start yanking the training and diet leaver that is where the results are. Years ago I took a ton of aas 1.5g tren a week and anadrol and test. And just trained. Years later I look better on less and focus all on training and diet and look better. I'm not big because my goal is to remain lean 365 so the surplus isn't there but I'm confident if I bulked today I'd grow better on 500mg than I used to on higher dosages because at some point...someone got thrown to me and got me to dump the high dosages and focus on my workouts

I agree with almost all of it, but if I were to run low test high primo of need estrogen from.somewhere, also I'm not getting sides from 500mg test and 2 grams mast, I feel nothing really, except I found out that mast makes me a tiny bit aggro, kinda like tren but without the hot feeling that I can get with anger on tren

@TakeMore191AA, you’re most likely not going to find a member here who injected estrodial just to keep their levels right. Ive never come across anyone wanting to do this on my 20+ years in the sport.

If you’re dead set on staying with this course then just do it! Then you’ll know how it works for you. Personally I think it’s the wrong thing to do, but that’s just me.

The majority of folks here would just increase their dose of Testosterone in order to mitigate the estrogen crushing effects of high doses of Primobolan. Just report back with labs and how it worked for you.

I really think you need to keep a diary of your daily caloric intake. Also stop utilizing any junk food to reach your caloric goals. By making these changes, which is the hardest part of this sport, they will send you on your way to a jacked physique!

Diet, consistency, and training!!!! Those are your staples!!!

He'd fit right in at meso. Ratio of 10 threads talking about estrogen levels to every 1 training thread. To be honest op you may get better answers there that's more of a place that obsesses over the tiny details of cycles vs diet training and at 15 percent they'd consider you ripped
