Estrogen TOO LOW?????

Hello,

So I have gone through three preps. First prep I used Adex 1mg and worked up to 2 mg a day for the final couple weeks. First prep I looked great!

Second and third prep I used Letro, as soon as I would start it I would
feel "down" and had zero desire to have sex.

After this prep I dropped all anti es and I have felt like my "desire" still has not came back and I feel some anxiety.

I recently got my blood test done and my estro is at 14.

Has anyone had bad experiences with LOW estrogen? I know your estrogen really needs to be low to get that dry look on stage but is there any point where very low estrogen will hurt your competition look?

Its very common for low estrogen to kill your libido, happens to guys all the time. Honestly if you compete you may just have to deal with it, because you have to look dry.

I dont compete but i was fighting gyno with letro for a while and i had zero libido. Didnt really have any depression, and if my girl was ready to go i could easily make myself do it... But if i were single i would not have been looking for it lets just put it that way.

Hopefully a Vet will chime in and maybe they have some ideas for you to keep it in check. 2mg of Adex a day sounds like a lot but i have no idea what to do for contest prep.

IMO Letro has a tendency to do that . I had the same issue especially the sex drive. I only use letro when fighting gyno cause it works. it can get you to single digits easy. Other than that I stay away from it.

Agreed, I joke around and call Letro the "Anti Cheat On You Girl Friend Pill" LOL

I guess my question is can estrogen that is too low HURT your competition look. There is a lot of clinical research out there that says extremely low estogen has the same effects as high estrogen.

I really dont know. But i agree with Cryptasm, only letro had that effect on me not adex. I never took a high dose of adex so maybe at higher doses it would have killed my sex drive.

But the letro like eliminated the drive !!!

Letro is some nasty sh*t. I did an experiment with it trying very low doses. Tried 0.3125 mg every 3 days to keep estro under control. Within a month my estro was nearly zero. No dose works. You take that stuff and eventually your estro will be zero.

You don't need Letro bro. Just stick with Arimidex or Aromasin.

I would only use Letro if you have developed severe gyno.

Your estrogen will get back to normal if you have stopped all anti e's now.

As several members said: stay away from letro.

Aromasin will suffice.

I love to hate Letro with a passion

Last summer I ran it throughout my high dose - tren ace/mast/prop cycle at .25mg EOD

It got me water free as possible, but my dick suffered for sure - I barely had a sex drive while pumping down 700mg of test


But, it sure got me the driest look yet

I only ever took it to reverse gyno. I worked the first time incredibly well because i caught it in time, the second time i got the letro too late and needed surgery.

Wont be using it again (letro), my sex drive and my joints are happy about that. Honestly if you are not competing and trying to get ridiculously dry, .5mg arimidex m/w/f should be plenty to keep estrogen at bay.
