does this brand have to be refrigerated?

when it was delivered, it was left outside at room temperature for a few hours.

Well it needs to be refrigerated as soon as you receive it, but it will be OK left in room temperature for that small amount of time, also it is reccomended that the GH be shipped overnight to avoid amount of time it is in room temperature.
