I have been taking one vial of rips first thing in the morning for about a month now. All of the sudden in the last week or so I wake up with numb fingers. Even my elbows are hurting a bit. Today I lowered it to 5ius a day. Is this normal?

I hear a lot of people talk about that...but it has never been an issue for me.

But I have never been one that craved sugar. Now stick a plate of Hot Wings in front of me and "It's On"!

Yea this, we have to ignore cravings. Best thing is to have nothing sugary in the house but not always easy if you have kids. A Bannana and on orange can usally satisfy to a degree also
