What stores carry this bread? I always look around for it but have had no luck.

Wegmans has it. Not sure if you have one in your area.

Yeah, in the KC area you can find it in the Health Market section at Hy-Vee, at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Hen House (health section also). I love dousing it with ICBINB spray or heating it on a fryer and then throwing the ICBINB and some Walden's Farm syrup on top of it. Trust me, after a few days of keto you'll think you're eating pancakes.

I couldn't find it at first, I thought it was going to be with the other breads but it was in the freezer section.

Keep it in the fridge.

It has no preservatives so itll go bad quick out at room temp.

Freezer is no good cuz then you have frozen bread anytime you want to eat it.

I keep mine in the fridge and it lasts for a few weeks.

I didn't think about the fridge, thanks for the tip. I learned the hard way keeping it out will spoil quickly. I have been keeping it in the freezer then just toasting it.

What I do is keep the loaf in the freezer, when I want a few slices, I throw it in the microwave for 30sec and then the toaster. That way it stays fresh for as long as you need it.

Try Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, they Both carry it.
Get the Cinnamon Raisin, it's the Best.
Don't get the Regular Ezekiel, taste like Straw IMO..................... JP

The reason you found it in the freezer section is because it isn't that popular, and would go bad quickly on the store shelves. The stuff's just too expensive to be throwing away lol. It depends on how fast you go through bread, but if you can go through a loaf in a few days, there's no need to refrigerate or freeze.

I like the Whole Food brand gluten free white bread and the Canyon gluten free cinnamon raisin bread. I get both at Whole Foods

I have Never had a issue w that, even at 2wks out. Just keep it in the fridge. It's kept in the freezer for a reason. But it is by far one of favorite staples. I love their cinnamon raisin English muffins! Booya!

I leave mine out at room temp it will last a week or two . no preservatives so it wont last long enough too prevent loss in a store but me and the wife both use it so a loaf is gone in a week no need too refrigerate wont be there long enough too go bad
