In the offseason with a scoop or two (50/50) chocolate whey and casein powder + splenda + cinnamin before bed.
Why in the offseason? Would you use it during cutting phase?

What the real benifit in cottage cheese , I think that shit is gross. I see so many guys that eat it though
what is it offering you nutrition wise , I mean whats the benifit?
aahhhh , ok , still not a big fan but I think I may try to add a couple spoons of LBA's when they get here.
I did mix some course ground peper in it and put a little on a piece of flank steak and it wasen't to bad , certainly wasen't Maytag blue cheese but it wasen't realy to bad

I've taken cottage cheese and added a scoop of chocolate whey protein (or vanilla) and some splenda/cinnamon and mixed it up. Actually pretty damn good and you get a wide array of aminos and slow and fast digesting protein.
I do this
1/2 can tuna
1/2 cup cottage cheese
black pepper
red wine vinegar (about a teaspoon)
goes down easy.
