I am running 750mgs of ICN's and 150mgs of fina EOD. How much cardio can I do without losing muscle, main goal right now is to get back down to 6%, then I will start my bulking. I am currently doing 1hr everyday but I love doing more but I always tell myself no. I was thinking since im on 750mgs of test and 150mgs of fina that 2 1hr cardio sessions, with high protein, low carbs would do the trick, and quick, any comments?
