Every time I train legs I feel like shit....no i'm not a puss...I have been training for years...some odd reason lately when I train I feel horrible. Like today, after only 4 sets of squats..about 2 mins breaks...pretty intense sets but not screaming nuts like I usually like to train....I start with horrible headaches and I get extremly hot....face blood shot red, veins poking out of face...really werid
I check blood pressure today after leg presss (almost end of training) and it was 124/73 ....blood sugar was 90

any thoughts or suggestions...I seem to be a pretty healthy guy. I weight about 225lbs..not fat....I guess I'll just keep hammering through until I pass out one day...sometimes I get dizzy and light headed...I used to throw up on leg days almost every time a few years ago but this is something different and I can't figure it out so I am looking for advvice...thanks again
