After this show here in August I will be taking some time off the gym and the gear. But when I do get back into the gym I will go for a bit w/o any gear. So I have been researching into some good products that may be of good benefit.
Glucophage has interested me lately. I read Big A's info on it. 500mg with a smaller carb meal, 1000mg med carb meal, 1500mg huge carb meal. I will probably be eating about 6-7 meals per day, most of them will most likely be over 100g carbs each meal. So is it best to take 500mg or 1000mg after each meal? Also am thinking of Humalog 2X per week on leg and back days, ala, Chad's theory. Should I skip the Gluco entirely for those days???
Also been looking into a few more supps and would like some thoughts on them if their worth it or not:
