So, three basic questions that have always bugged me. ( I did use the search engine and it actually cut my list from about 10 to 3).
1. I take my creatine after my workout..but i read alot on taking it before and after. Does anyone recommend a certain approach. I always have a a scoop of whey/banana before my workout and 2 scoops of whey/10g creatine/orange after my workout. Just wondering if it make a difference.
2. Does it matter where you get your calories/fat g/carb etc... per day. I mean, I know you dont want to get them from McDonalds. But I also hate oatmeal, so instead I have 3 pieces of wheat toast. Both meals are the approx the same in calories and carbs. So the question becomes, is one better than the other or doesnt it matter as long as you hit your daily goals. Currently im 3800 Calories, 300g Protein, 450g Carbs, 40 fats.
3. When taking your whey after your workout.. how soon.. .usually i shower, drive back to work, then get my shake in. But that can take upto 30-40 min. Would it be more benefical to just take it with me to the gym or is my timeline acceptable?
