Ok 8 months out to her next figure comp and her last show they told her bring up her lats, rear delts and upper chest. Can I get some examples of a workout that would be a push/pull workout? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
I know the reps and rest along with cardio will change as it gets closer but really need some help on figuring out a nice workout. Thanks
