I've been "coaching" this person for the past 5 months. She's 6' tall and last year was at 225lbs. I've got her down to 141. Her first figure comp is coming up in 5 weeks. It seems her bodyfat loss has completely stopped. SHe's holding all her bf in her legs, hips and glutes. Upper body has come in very nicely. She's at 12%bf according to the place that did the caliper tests.
She's eating approx. 1200 cals a day. I've been cycling her carbs which worked awesome and got her where she is now. She was on zero carbs(except for veggies) except for leg day which I had her consume 150g in her meals around her workout which is from 5am-6am. The carbs are taken out around 10am or so and she only eats the fish, EVCO, or EVOO, 1 vup veggies with each meal (kale, spinach, green beans, broccoli). I was having her do the cheat meals, burger and fries all the way up til two weeks ago and man that was really working. she loved it. continued to drop bodyfat even on those cheat meal days...it seemed.
Is there any suggestions on revin her metabolism back up to burn more fat. She's doing cardio after her weight sessions...usually 15min of HIIT or 30min or so of brisk walk on high incline treadmill. She then does another cardio session in the evening.
I've got her on clen and she loves it...he strength is through the roof. two weeks on two weeks off is what she's been doing. She's wanting to do T3 but i'm not sure how to run that on her.
