anyone know what the judging criteria for npc figure is? how many rounds are there? are there mandatory poses? what about individual posing? thanks in advance.

Your local promotor should have everything you need. Don't know what state your in but most have a web site with all the rules and all the info you need. Get in contact with them. My wife use to do figure but is now switching to body building. She thinks things have change since she last competed. Hope that helps

They took out the 1 piece suit round so now it's just the 2 piece. There are four quarter turns and she comes out for her model poses.
