I've got a Classic Physique show coming up this weekend which is in 2-day format.

I'm currently 196lbs one day out and need to make 192lbs.

I have been eating low carb/mod fat/mod protein all week, with sodium and water extremely high. What I'm doing right now is fasting all the way until weigh ins (about 34-36 hours), and am drinking 10g EAA's with pink salt every 1.5h until 5pm today which is when I'll be cutting water. If I wake up tomorrow still above weight, I'll rush to a sauna.

I'll be weighing in around 11am with prejudging starting at 3pm. It will likely be a while before I hit the stage though as CP is after all the fitness/juniors/masters/bodybuilders.

This gives me VERY limited time to fill out. I was hoping for some help on what to eat to fill out. Obviously digestibility is the priority here, but am not sure what kind of foods to eat. I was thinking bagels + jam + sugary cereals + poptarts etc, my thinking is that fats would only slow down digestion. My fats have been pretty high all week with lots of sirloin, pb, and eggs.

Any help I can get from you experienced guys would be much appreciated!

My​ favorite carb up food is a cup of white rice and 3-4 tablespoon of strawberry jam , it goes down easy with no water as well.

I personally can not carb up that fast , I have heard of guys using insulin to force carbs in during a short period but don't know the exact protocol.
 
Who in the fuck has a show where you weigh in 4 hrs before hitting the stage? That's nuts.

I'd hit a burger and fries and that's it. You cram in too much in short amount of time and you'll bloat. I'd also make sure I put down 20-30oz water with it to help facilitate digestion and help fill back out. But thats about it. Maybe some rice cakes and jam back stage with something with a good amount of sodium too. Especially if depleting/dehydrating that long.

Though some people look their best when they are the most depleted from what I've seen - some people should just deplete instead of filling out :D

Sometimes they look their best a few hours after starting to load (say if they planned a 2-3 day carb up), so this situation might work out well for the OP, who knows :)

I'd eat a stack of pancakes with butter and syrup and 4 whole eggs after you make weight, with a cup of black coffee. Maybe a bit more fluid if you're really flat. Then after that just have small meals of rice, maybe some jam, and a whole egg or two.
You want to fill out some but don't distend your stomach - so don't push a ton of food.

I would just concentrate on making
Weight....for classic..dry and flat would
Be better than worrying about filling
Out....and possibly spill...especially if hes
Never tried this before....

I agree with the simple meal after weigh ins
But not a shit load...just let that meal do its work
And not worry about cramming the food down..
Also watch the fluid consumption before prejudging
It could ruin the whole entire plan

Just deplete....and TRY to make weight...
I dont think you have enough time though...
I could be wrong...
 
Thanks for the suggestions and tips guys. I think it'd be in my best interest to a relatively moderate load because I do agree that coming in flat definitely trumps full and spilt over.

Currently 194.6lbs after 12hrs fasting so far. I cut water about 3 hours ago right before taking these pics. will update tomorrow with how it goes...

You won't spill over from some pancakes and eggs and a small cup of coffee, especially if you've been fasting for 36 hours and pulling water tonight.
