First post and Q about fat loss plateau

Hi everyone, ive been reading on this board for a while and decided to put up my first post. Before i ask the questions i will give my stats.
From Australia ,
Height : 6 ft , weight 214 pounds , training for 2 years , Ive done 2 small cycles
The first was test prop 75mg ed , second was dianabol 30mg ed first 4 weeks and test prop 100 mg ed.unfotunatly i let my self go on the last cycle and over ate and put on about 15 pounds of solid FAT to go with the likely 7-8 of muscle.
Anyway ive been dieting for 6-7 weeks with the use of test prop 75mg eod and tren ace 50mg eod to help preserve my precious muscle. I started at 231 pounds and dropped quite a bit in the first month due to water weight and what not but the last 2-3 weeks has come to a screaming halt. I have adjusted my diet acordingly by upping the protein every week and slowely lowering carbs. my main concern is the stomach size wont budge. Started at 105 cm and was 95 after week 5 but since then nothing has changed but my weight has dropped another 5 pounds. Any ideas ? hopefuly i provided enough info , if not just let me know.Thanks heaps , and great board !!
 
What have you done with the means of cardio if any, and what is your fat intake at? What sources are you getting your protein and carbs from are they clean foods or is your nutrient intake coming from powders.
 
thanks for the reply, training split is
m- chest and tris, then 30 min treadmill walk at incline
t- treadmill 40 min walk incline
w- off
t - back , shoulders , cardio 30 min as above
f - legs
s - mornning cardio 45 min ( empty stomach )
s - as above .
Fat intake is about 70 g comming from almonds, eggs , olive oil .
carbs only before around 6 pm at 100g from sweet potatoes , oatmeal , and rice
protein at 350g from grilled chicken breast , egg whites , and wpi shakes before and after work outs.
 
mate you got a dirty kiwi answerin you here, anyway 2400cals is quite low considering your not at the end of a contest prep??? how old are you ?? is your cardio on an emptry stomaCH in AM???? with only 100g carbs and low-mod fat there isnt much room to move with your diet. work out your maintainace cals and perhaps eat maintainance plus 10% for a week or two to boost thyroid. OR look to deficiencies such as omega 3, anti oxes, cla, sleep minimum 8hrs, vit b12. get some 1000mcg b12 from chemist, $5 for 2 ml ??????

My age is 25 and the sleep could be an issue with two young kids and a demanding job , I struggle to get 7 hours per night. Also a:m cardio is on an empty stomach or with a wpi shake with water and zero carbs or fat.Im currently taking fish oil , multi vit, vit c , and some other asorted bits and pieces. Or....maybe im being impatient and expecting to much too fast . Any other input would be great . Thanks.
 
Lack of sleep can be bad for weight loss. Maybe your metabolism has dropped and your system has adapted? Throw the diet to the wind for a day or two and get back on the straight and narrow might be worth a try..
