Never used it?


I have one, not that much to pick one up. Have used it here and there, thought I would get more into it, just have not yet. Kills at first.
tend to use it when things feel tight, or extra extra sore.

Used it on my IT bands a couple times holy shit that hurts.
 
use it mabye once a week for 10-15 mins.

Yes I use it when I stretch my legs, ham, quads, etc

I have been using it lately for Glutes and such because i have a Pinched S nerve and it hurts like hell.

Foam roller is nice too when you have an UG lab that knots you up it stretches the muscle around the knot it's one of those hurt but feel good pains.
 
If I remember correctly, Shelby posted a couple of videos about different techniques a while back. Might want to do a search.
 
I use mine 2-3 times a day. Its great for the back.

before i started the thread I did a search and everything was coming up. lol.
everything from cars, rolley winklar and urine as foamy or bubbles. lol i mean everything

This is the only thing that help my Sciatic nerve

Not Muscle Relaxers and Sleep like the doctor says....
 
I do really like the foam rollers and use them as often as possible.
 
I used it back when I started getting painful IT band problems. Within the space of about 3 weeks of use my pain was gone and I didnt have any more issues. It really does work but,like some of the others have said, it hurts like a MOFO! If I were still squating heavy like I used to, I would still use it today. I think anyone that is serious about training legs should have one.
 
Foam rolling can be very useful. Most bodybuilders who train at a very serious level need some form of physical therapy such as massage between such intense training sessions every so often.
