What food calculators or tracking apps do you guys use??

I've seen some that vary a lot for the same foods , like baked chicken breast ranging from 6g-9g protein per ounce (I've always estimate at 7g/oz)

I always use the USDA database.

Yeah, I try to use MyFitnessPal..but it’s wildly inaccurate

I use MyFitnessPal but input all the nutrition info for what I eat myself. Most bodybuilders eat a lot of the same stuff so you only need to input it once and you're good. And even if you're eating completely new stuff every day it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to the put the full day's worth of foods in.

If you want to track things as accurately as possible don't rely on databases or apps to provide the macros - input it yourself from the labels of what you're buying. Being off by 10 calories per ounce doesn't sound like much but consume 25oz. of said food in a day and now your daily calories are off by 250.
