just curious as to what some of you guys , especially homonunculus, use during your precontest carb load.

I do not, and have not, prescribed to the 'no fat with carbs' theory. For Friday night and saturday morning, other than my pancakes and syrup in the morning i was going to munch on rice cakes with natural peanut butter all over them. But maybe that is not a good combination of fat and carbs? Should I just stick to putting jelly or fruit spread on the rice cakes? Let me know what you guys think.
