How do you keep your doses measured properly? I have some that is 2.5 mg per ml but if I want to take only .3mg per day, how the hell do i measure this out?

an oral syringe should measure down to 1/10th of 1 ml goto your local pharmacy...

Just figure out roughly how many drops from dropper there are per ml and do the math. Its not gunna be exact but you can get close enough. For example, I have some liquid finasteride thats 5mg/ml and there are roughly 30 drops from the dropper per ml. If I want to take 0.5 mg I would take 3 drops. (5/30 = 0.166667 ===> 0.166667*3 = 0.5)

go to a pharmacy or shoppers drugmart buy a oral medicine dropper it measures down to . 25ml works great for liguid orals

I don't like the dropper method, because I am not convinced how accurate these droppers are. I use a syringe
