Absolutely it needs to be counted. Shit 1-2 drinks could mean the difference from cutting to maintance levels.
As others said though and I'd have to agree, I dont think grape, apple juice or soda should play any part of your diet in this life style. For me (exluding actual shakes) I drink water, coffee or milk. Ive been doing this for so long that even on a full cheat I'd prefer to have a glass of milk over a soda.
