thanks for all the info guys. about the deca and EQ thing, i recall reading some information about different AAS and collagen synthesis. according to several articles, deca and EQ are the number 1 collagen rebuilders - hence joint rehab. they all listed EQ as having a greater increase in repair rate than deca. this is my reason for choosing EQ, also i would bet deca has to be the most faked AAS ever, so i figured EQ was the better choice. also the articles said straight test actually decreases collagen synthesis - leading to potential joint injuries. now this is stuff i read so it may be inaccurate i couldnt say 100%. someone also mentioned aflutop, i do not know what that is. i am only interested in things that will actually help repair joints, not just alleviate the pain.
besides this i have also found some nice info on rotator cuff rehab information from this board. i wish there was internet back when i started training!!!!!
