FOUR DAYS TO COMPETE

I decided to compete in my country to have the choise to get in the Caribbeans this year, i am totally deplete with 214 pounds and start carbing up today to get ready to the saturday preliminars with around 233 pounds i fell very good my skin looks like a plastic toy, i am ready to bite the satage....
I will post the pics depleted and show pics soon....
