Really like the apparently humble, appreciative, and passionate attitude Frank has.

Watching the video above is the first time I noticed the HUGE scar he has that runs the full length of his abs/torso.....brutal!

Yep, I have been using them a lot lately for inspiration to train harder. His physique combined with the training he does and the music they use is tops.
I've had one of his pics as my wallpaper on my phone now for about a week. I had the wife for a long time, sorry honey.... lol

I saw that Frank started shaving his head due to hair loss. I've never understood now these guys can take stuff for years then magically lose their hair in a year or so ten-twelve years down the line, so weird...
