Since the end of my marriage and my relocation to North Florida a lot of really good things have been happening for me. Life has really gotten good for me and I appreciate that now more then ever. Well the latest great thing has happened to me.
Frank Zane, my Bodybuilding Idol and who in many ways who I have emulated my bodybuilder career after asked if I would write a 2 page article for the next installment of his magazine Building the Body. The theme is how I use a lot of "The Zane Principals" in preparing for not only a competition but my daily life. He is also going to include a picture spread on both of the pages. He picked the pictures though, I would of used the side triceps pose but he chose my most muscular. I couldn't really argue with Zane though....lol...What an honor this is for me. In my wildest dreams when I was first drawn to this sport could I ever imagined something like this happening.
