I know that fruit is healthy and generally have a low GI, but really how often do you eat fruit daily? Honestly, I opt for veggies (broccoli, green beans, asparagus) over fruits, especially right now. Mainly because I control my sugar intake daily. Maybe you can say I am fructose intolerant right now (kidding ) Actually, I can't tell you last time I had a fruit. I do take my orchad plus vitamins to replace the nutrients.
