Im starting winny in my test/primo cycle tomorrow and am worried about the joint pain winny causes people (never have ran winny before). wouldn't this be a great routine with winny?
Terrible idea in my oppinion. Winny really limits your range of motion considering it really dries out your joints, and fst7 envolves stretching the fascia. This is a recipe for disaster and it's not worth hurting yourself. Shoulders will be very septible to injury as will elbows too. Speaking from experience here....you could use a little deca to offset the dry joints but I have never done that personally. Hope this helps!
What in the world does streaching the fasica and joints have in common??? and I have ran winny and had no I repeat NO joint pain and FST-& is a very good system.the only thing that sucks about winny is by the third week you will feel like a pin cushion

joints and fascia are two completely different things. but we'll see how this goes as far as joints...just doing 60mg ed (oral)...masteron is probably my favorite compound so i hope i like winny, but FST-7 is more of a higher volume training with the added 7 sets at the end which makes me believe its easier on the joints
