i got a kick out of this and thought id share the laugh ,i left the bros name out this post its from another board ,it seems they had a good laugh from it as well
Hey bros...
I thought I'd share with you guys some interesting info, coz I love this board and it is the best board out there. In the last week I've made an amazing discovery! I've gained half an inch on my arms in one week - DRUG FREE I read about this program in a book called 'Brawn', so I thought I'd give it a go. Basically you do one exercise for bi's and tri's, 2 sets each session, and do a session every 90 mins, 6 times a day, for a week. For bi's, I borrowed some dumbells from the gym and did curls, and for tri's I did inverted close-hand push ups. The guy in the book gained three quarters of an inch, but since I'm on a cutting diet, I thought my gains were pretty good =) Just imagine if you did the program with the juice involved...
Does anyone know of any other specialisation routines that helped them?
