They are trying to have bigger muscles. Let's face it, their arms are bigger than anyone's right?

How is that less impressive than a girl who got D implants who knocks on the small B cup or feels more sexy or hotter than the flat chested girl?

These guys feel better because they have bigger muscles than everyone else and the stripper or porn star (or office worker for that matter), feels sexier and more womanly than her counterparts because of her cosmetic implants.
