is G H the most effective fat burning agent around???

i hear some say it is great for size

others say it is great for getting quite lean......what say you????

GH is not as effective at fat burning that diet/cardio. GH takes time. You can drop lbs. in a week w/diet and cardio, but not GH.

I think GH is over-rated. It's not this holy grail super drug. It works, sure. It works even better w/AAS and insulin (this is Dat's realm).

You should read up in the peptides section. Read Dat's sticky or his newer "beginner's" thread (not a sticky). You'll learn a lot.
