Maybe Sammy will chime in.

Take it prior to working out.

Log the effects (if any) from taking it - more repetitions or weight used (or both).

I think many were skeptical about placebo effect by just trying it once. Thats why you have several dosages, to test for several different workouts.

I use to work for GNC so I got a free bottle of it. I didn't see a huge difference with it but if you got the powder look out! That is by far the nastiest tasting stuff I've ever had. Usually it's just the after taste that gets ya but not with this crap.

Take 8 tablets 30-45 min (I usually go 45) before you train. I usually use in conjunction with heaviest workouts (legs, back, chest)....something with which you know your typical strength and rep ranges. Note any differences in fatique, endurance, strength etc. Document if possible. Let us know how it goes. Hopefully we will get some good discussion from this.

Anyone else get their samples yet?

I signed up for a free sample months ago, then got an e-mail saying I would receive it in october, and it's now november..... I Figured it would never come.

I've used it several times from Olympia Expo samples and the results weren't anything special. Maybe 10lbs. or a few reps added here and there. Just like all the other MuscleTech stuff I've tried, overpriced and not effective.

OK

here is me trying.

1st day-all training i could taste coffee in my mouth i have no clue why,but no energy or power.

2nd day-i dont feel like i drinked coffee,no taste in my mouth,no power no energy.

day 3-i felt like i am stronger for a first set and i did extre few reps,but after that back to normal.

day 4-i felt energy but only for a first few sets,after that back to normal,started sweatting more.

day 5-i do have more energy,i do have more stamina,training wet easy with no problem,i was tired but i could lift what i wanted and do it again.but the biggest thing was i was all wet from sweatting my ass off.
never had that in my life,so i will try to give you more info after another 5 days or so.

maybe we need to take it for loger time to make gakic to work for us,coz we not the normal guys who just starting.i have no clue,but it definetly starting working.

Who is in charge of this study? I got 2 small packets and 8 tabs in a clear envelope. 3 days worth? I am supposed to tell from that??

It is something that should be noticeable from the very first dose. I noticed it right away, first workout. I only had enough to supply 3 samples/3 workouts. You honestly should notice a difference in that brief a time it wasn't a cumulative thing for me, though it seems jerrywear is noticing that.
