Gassy Issues LBA'S...

I took the old LBA's from hernon. Just got the new stuff from trueprotein... Anyone having gas issues??? Its killing me, maybe my body just needs to get used to the new stuff, but I work in a pretty small office, and today, I had to leave the entire office to let it go... Please tell me it goes away after awhile...

If I don't use them for a while then get back to them , they will upset my stomach for a the first few days ,I think its the glyceren or whatever that does it to me.

It does the same to me. Just add more to your diet slowly.
