First time ive ever heard starvation response used in a good way.

It's great, if you're not really starving. The body does a lot of interesting things in a fasted, starved state.

Makes me wonder how that affects cortisol levels.
 
Been using cinnamon chromium Ala and green tea extract for a couple weeks now and I have been going hypo 2x a day almost 30min directly after workout.. I am also naturally someone who tends to go hypo but I notice a difference

I'm extremely sensitive to cortisol spikes and crashes. This is why I dont like GHRPs other than Ipam.

My cortisone was up slightly in the am, but that's how its supposed to be. Just enough to wake up and get moving. You may want to consider T3 after a month, as it can lower.
 
Old but maybe I could get some advice.

I wanted to use na-rala as part of a month lantus run.
Id be nervous to take it at bed time but would anyone recommend using this during my two biggest carb feeds during the day. I was gonna use lantus 3-4 days a week.
Maybe na-rala on non-slin days?

Using on non lantus days would work well.

300-600mg per day. 600mg is on the expensive side but if you can afford it, that's what I'd run.

Why not just get metformin? SR or IR? I pair mine up with redcons or project AD.
 
Super old bump.

Pre-workout Berberine? Was thinking 100g's of carbs with 500mg Berb and 80-100mg anavar 1 hour before the gym, than 50g of carbs intra workout?

How would an oral effect the berb?

Currently using Redcon1 RPG as soon as I wake up with 30mg of MK677, was planning on adding 500mg berb prwo, and 500-1000mg on large carb meals that arent in the post workout window.

Main negative function of Berberine is how it increases AMPK which can suppress muscle hypertrophy. One way to reverse this is by heavy intense compound movements/lifting which activates the PGC-1a.

As for GDAs in general, yes, they seem to get negative feedback in the training window for its effects on ROS (reactive oxygen species). I personally wouldn't worry about it as you see plenty of individuals still gaining and putting muscle on using GDAs.
 
Many years ago there was all this hype about lipoic acid being such an amazing glucose disposal and glucose lowering agent. But if you read a siteclike Examine the evidence or efficacy seems real weak. If I understand correctly it's prescribed for diabetic neuropathy in some countries, more than the supposed glucose controlling effect.

I've used high doses with insulin without going hypo more easily etc.
