gear advice for handicap?

Can anyone help a fellow BB brother out? A year ago my friend was in a bad accident that broke his back over the last 6 months we have been trying to get him back into his old training habits in the gym. Things are slowly comeing back but gaining any weight is proving impossible and I was wondering if there is anything that he can do to help get a little boost. Thanks guys
 
Yuo can NOT ask for suggested cycles or set-ups. If yuo want to put together a complete program for critique, that's fine.

Why don't you post up some stats on him, height, weight, what type of training he is doing now. How many calories is he taking in. Carb, protein, fat mg counts. And let's go from there. No doubt the juice will help, but let's not go there right now.
 
Be careful with what your suggesting. Gear may make his/her condition worse or slow progress in healing of nerves if interuppted. You may be thinking how? Gear can cause water retention and nerve impingements and other issues with such an injury. The spines disc may start to rejeuvenate from the gear causing a dried out disc to become nourished again, but this may end up having them press on nerves they did not before. Something to think about.
 
Not gaining weight has nothing to do with the compounds hes using or not using. Its lack of overall nutritional intake. When the gains halt look first to your diet.
 
Thanks for all the responses. I guess the biggest question is in the calories. what is more important carbs or protein? Remember without the use of his legs his metabolism isn't like normal BB. right now I have him around 2300 calories a day a month ago we had him at close to 3000. He hasn't gained or lost a pound in over 6 months. Any thoughts? he is 180lbs 5% BF and 6'2".
Also is there anything that can help with recovery? Affter only 6 sets of back for example he's fried and youu can't grow off only 6 sets per body part.

Exactly! Many guys on here would be absolutely amazed at how much they could gain naturally if they maximized their nutrition, training, and supplements. Guys would be absolutely amazed!
 
Doctors don't know shit about rebuilding the body, when they have milked you for all your $$$ the send you to the physical Threapist.

which one of you would take BBing traing advise from a physical therapist?

I got busted up bad from an accident a few years ago, it took me 5 months to get back to the gym and then it was barely the pink dumbells. So you start him with what he can do & build from there.

The biggest hurdle is the mental & emotinal termiol we can have from being so set back. keeping your friends spirits up while he waits for the body to heal is very important!

I would check blood levels to see what his levels are now and act accordingly
 
Thanks for understanding Amazon Doll. I want everyone to know that all I'm looking for is a little helpful advice on how to train someone in this postion. I mean with everything from nutrition,training,legal sups or other suppliments. What ever advice I can gather to help my friend out I will put to good use. So any thoughts on the situation will be greatly appreciated.
