No it doesn't but I still felt that way at the time lol I need to weigh myself again soon and see where I am at now.
 
Finally back in the gym last night.

Shoulders

Rear delt fly machine 4 sets
Lateral dumbbell raises 6 sets
Hammer strength shoulder press 6 sets
Seated dumbbell press 3 sets
Dumbbell shrugs superset with one-arm standing dumbbell press 3 sets each

After 8 days of no gym, finally back. Weights felt a little heavier then I remember. Felt kind of weak and rundown but a great workout overall. Was able to hit a total of 22 sets and lots of sets had reps of 16 so overall I am happy with the performance. Felt great to be training again. I was hitting set after set with very minimal down time in between. Kept the pump going as much as possible.

Legs

Leg extensions 6 sets
Seated leg curls 6 sets
Leg Press 6 sets
Standing calf raises 6 sets

Probably the best leg workout I have gotten....EVER! The pump was incredible! I was sent a new pwo by a company called GSN to try. This stuff had me energetic....I was shocked to say the least as most preworkouts barely do shit for me, nothing ever gives me an energy boost like this. I usually hate leg days to be honest, especially with my injured knees. Not last night, I crippled my quads, hams and calves and loved every damn second of it. What was crazy was the endurance, I kept going and going sets that I was planning to hit 12-16 I was hitting 20-22 reps. My app kept telling me I was hitting PRs for reps on these weights. Within the first 10 mins I was dripping sweat. I really smoked my quads hard, when I got home they were soo pumped it looked like they grew on the spot. My pants felt tighter around them. So excited!!! If I can manage to have more leg workouts like this I will finally grow these little limbs into some real tree trunks!!

And this preworkout really has me pumped. I could not believe the energy on it and it has less caffeine then the one I was using before. Now I know I am very immune to stimulants and caffeine almost does nothing for me. I can have caffeine and go to bed right after no problem. It does have 1000mgs of agmatine sulfate which to me has always been more effective then both arginine and citrulline malate so the pumps were expected. What really threw me off was the energy and just feeling that I had the extra energy is enough to take my workouts to the next level.

Chest and Triceps

Incline barbell bench press 6 sets
Flat barbell bench press 4 sets
Incline HS chest press 4 sets
Incline db flies superset with incline db skullcrushers 3 sets each
Tricep pushdowns 3 sets

I'm enjoying this preworkout I am trying out. I really feel the energy and focus come on. I haven't flat barbell benched in 6+ months. I felt weaker for sure but was able to put in some respectable reps. My hands have been slipping off of the bar lately. I'm thinking about getting a nice pair of gloves, ones that possibly have the built in lifting straps so I can easily have the ability to switch between workouts quickly. Also while on gh peps the increased gh levels and water retention makes my hands very sweaty which makes gripping the bar correctly difficult. I'm sick of these minor little things holding back my workouts. If anyone knows of a good pair of gloves like what I am looking for please point me in the right direction. I am willing to pay more for better quality.

Fitnotes for android. It's very easy to use and convenient. I recommend it to everyone, it's very useful. You can even check the history of a specific workout to see how you are progressing. Good stuff.
 
Weighed in at 188lbs this morning. Wife and I went for a massage and facial this morning. Felt great, my back feels sooo loose now.

I was very vascular after the massage and steam shower. I almost took selfies there hehehe [emoji4]

Decided to try working out in the morning prior to work. Woke up at 4am and was at the gym by 5am when the doors open. Had a great back workout, pumps were very nice. My grip began to fail towards the end so I did 3 quick sets of light weight deads to pump my lower back and kick the intensity up before I headed out. I'm still sweating an hour and a half postworkout. Timed the carbs right and I'm a fat melting furnace!!!

My cycle is pretty much over at this point. Last peps shot on Saturday. I'm traveling for work and will be pretty much off of everything for a few days. I'm going to start my ghrp6 and cjc dac run first week of April. Plan is 200mcgs of ghrp6 2-3x a day, 10mgs dac a week, and 12.5mgs of MK-677 prebed. Along side of this will be cruising on 200mgs of test a week which I started last week. Will try and test igf1 levels after 4 weeks.

Workout was strong. Lots of quality reps. Going to be a little tough eating and training while traveling but will see what I can do when I get there.
 
Very disappointing leg day today. I was sooo pumped on this preworkout supplement and 2ccs of a tne/sdrol/dbol blend a buddy gave me to try.

I start off with a clean 5 sets of leg extensions, I'm feeling great and strong. I jump to hack squats, second set I tweak my injured left knee. I stop the set and attempt to stretch, get the blood flowing, and regroup. Get back on and no the pain is unbearable. So I decided to give it a break in hopes of returning and completing a solid leg workout.

So I decide to go do some incline bench press for a good 6 sets and then warm up my knees again with some light weight extensions. Ok feels fine, I get back on the hack squat and the pain comes right back instantly. I drop the weight and crank out another set. At this point I am beyond frustrated and getting really pissed off.

I finished with some leg curls and went home. Sooo pissed, what a waste....
 
Nice chest workout today. Chest was a little sore from the incline bench press I did on leg day while trying to recuperate from my knee. Got in some nice sets though, chest was nicely pumped. Worked on focusing on each rep and contracting the muscle. Feeling weak on flat bench but eventually I will work back up to some respectable numbers.

I bought some rehband knee sleeves. These made a world of difference, I didn't have to worry too much about tweaking my knee. They were warm and supported very well.

I felt I could go forever!! I actually ended up late for work cuz I was at the gym longer then usual. I got stronger as the workout progressed, especially on the hack squats!!

I had a banana and scoop of GSN nitronox preworkout. The pumps and energy was very good to say the least. I'm loving this!!
