Probably the best leg workout I have gotten....EVER! The pump was incredible! I was sent a new pwo by a company called GSN to try. This stuff had me energetic....I was shocked to say the least as most preworkouts barely do shit for me, nothing ever gives me an energy boost like this. I usually hate leg days to be honest, especially with my injured knees. Not last night, I crippled my quads, hams and calves and loved every damn second of it. What was crazy was the endurance, I kept going and going sets that I was planning to hit 12-16 I was hitting 20-22 reps. My app kept telling me I was hitting PRs for reps on these weights. Within the first 10 mins I was dripping sweat. I really smoked my quads hard, when I got home they were soo pumped it looked like they grew on the spot. My pants felt tighter around them. So excited!!! If I can manage to have more leg workouts like this I will finally grow these little limbs into some real tree trunks!!
And this preworkout really has me pumped. I could not believe the energy on it and it has less caffeine then the one I was using before. Now I know I am very immune to stimulants and caffeine almost does nothing for me. I can have caffeine and go to bed right after no problem. It does have 1000mgs of agmatine sulfate which to me has always been more effective then both arginine and citrulline malate so the pumps were expected. What really threw me off was the energy and just feeling that I had the extra energy is enough to take my workouts to the next level.
