I have been using t3 for nearly 2 months now added in a cycle and doing hardcore dieting, hardocore cardio every day and have noticed my abs in more detail and new cuts on my legs but my weight is still the same. I need to drop 8-10 kgs in 3 months time because thats the weight that I gota compete, is everything going good or am I do I need to step it up?
