How long is good for, I have had 60iu left over, it has been there for around 3 months will it still be ok? any suggestions what t do with it?

If not mixed it should last a good year or two after the exp date. If mixed with sterile water you got about 3days, with bac water you got about a week and 1/2 and with NACL you got a little over 2weeks.

No, it is not mixed, I just forgot about it being there, that's good if it lasts that long then. thanks for the answer

ive only used bac water. it thought that was good for 2 weeks? any benefit other than shelf life to mix with NACL?

yep, i know, i have no plans for more just yet and want to try something new i think, maybe a blast? but i would rather just use it for a long peroid of time.

some do a 60 iu blast the first week of every month split over 4-5 days.
